What do I need to do to create an account with Warner Tech-care Products?
You can set up an account with Warner either by creating an account online, or contacting us directly. We will ask you for all the necessary information including billing address, shipping address, contact information etc. The process is quick, easy, and you can begin ordering once your account is created.
What are your shipping options?
We ship standard ground via FedEx or UPS unless specified otherwise. We also offer expedited shipping options. You can find more about our shipping options by clicking here.

What if my product I bought from you becomes defective outside of the 30 day return policy?
May of our products carry a product warranty. Contact us to find out if your product has a warranty and instructions for getting it fixed. Click here for additional information on shipping and returns.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also will allow for NET 15 terms for established accounts with an approved credit application. Click here for our credit application. We also accept wire payments and COD which may be subject to additional charges.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax to businesses in Minnesota unless they are tax exempt.
I have a complex ordering process, can you accommodate that?

How do I request a catalog?

What if I don’t see an item on your site or in your catalog that I want to order?

I need a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on an item, how do I get one?
Most MSDS sheets can be found on the specific product page for that item. If it is not listed under that item, please Contact Us and we will send it out to you.
